Horizon Psychiatry (www.horizonpsychiatry.org) is a behavioral health group practice with locations in Rogers, Saint Cloud, Isanti, and Golden Valley. We are looking to establish a multidisciplinary team of therapists and psychologists. We currently provide Psychiatry services and TMS. Our clinic hours are Monday – Thursday 7am to 5pm and Friday by appointment only.

Horizon Psychiatry is seeking a fully licensed Mental Heath Professional (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, LP) for a salaried position. This position involves conducting diagnostic assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans, completing all required documentation in a timely manner, providing outpatient therapy that may or may not include children, adolescents, teenagers, adults and seniors, as well as coordinating client care with other providers. This position also allows for clinicians to work both in-office and via telehealth. Full administrative support is provided, which also includes scheduling and billing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health assessment and evaluation of clients
  • Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapeutic services
  • The provision of clinical services including conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for clients of this organization
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge
  • Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports
  • Compliance with clinic documentation standards, set by DHS
  • Timely completion of compliant documentation in provided EHR
  • Compliance with licensing board rules and Codes of Ethics
  • Daily activities are conducted in compliance with HIPAA and the Data Privacy Act
  • Maintain professionalism and open communication in all interactions with staff, clients, and other professionals involved in client’s care
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:

  • Completion of Masters degree course work and internships in a behavioral/social science field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling) from an accredited college or university and current licensure in the state from the appropriate state licensing board in Minnesota
  • Two years clinical experience (preferred) working with adults, children, and adolescents with mental illness
  • Professional experience that indicates knowledge of mental health counseling, group and individual psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, crisis intervention, and mental health consultation

Pay: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year (salaried W2)
