For video telehealth appointments, please refer to the instructions to test your smart phone or other device to ensure your camera and microphone are working properly. Here are some tips for a successful video telehealth appointment:

• Be at your device and ready for the appointment. Call the office 3 minutes after your scheduled appointment time if you don’t receive your link as expected so staff can help troubleshoot.
• Find a quiet, private space to conduct your appointment where you will not be interrupted. Appointment will not be conducted while driving or in a public place where your private information cannot be protected.
• Act like you would if you were at in-person visit in your Provider’s office. Remember to look into the camera and stay close to your device so your Provider can see and hear you.
